MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC. operates the BROOKMI brand and related digital asset ecosystem initiatives.

BROOKMI is a brand and technology initiative and is not a separate legal entity.

BRK is the blockchain-based digital token associated with the BROOKMI ecosystem.

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes rules governing acceptable use of the BROOKMI website, digital services, ecosystem features, and related technology.

Users must use BROOKMI services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable laws and the applicable Terms.

Users must not use BROOKMI services:

• in violation of any applicable law;
• in violation of sanctions or other governmental restrictions;
• to engage in fraud;
• to deceive another user or person;
• to impersonate BROOKMI, MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC., or any representative;
• to interfere with normal website or service operation; or
• to circumvent technical, eligibility, access, or security measures.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• fraudulent transactions;
• providing false identity information;
• impersonation or phishing;
• creating or operating fake support services, token contracts, or BROOKMI websites;
• making fraudulent BRK distribution offers;
• making misleading claims about BRK or MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC.; or
• falsely claiming an affiliation with BROOKMI.

No person may represent that they are authorized to sell, distribute, promote, or provide support for BRK unless such authorization has actually been provided by MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC.

Users must not use the website or related services to engage in or facilitate:

• hacking or unauthorized access;
• malware or ransomware;
• credential theft or phishing;
• denial-of-service attacks;
• attempts to compromise website or service infrastructure;
• attempts to obtain another person's wallet credentials; or
• attempts to interfere with smart contracts or blockchain infrastructure through unlawful means.

Users must not engage in:

• automated attacks;
• excessive requests designed to disrupt a service;
• scraping that violates applicable restrictions, law, or the applicable Terms;
• exploitation of a vulnerability;
• introduction of malicious code;
• bypassing authentication or access controls; or
• interference with website infrastructure or interfaces used to provide website functionality.

This section does not grant permission to access any non-public system, interface, data, or service.

Users must not use BROOKMI services to:

• obtain digital assets through fraudulent means;
• knowingly facilitate an unauthorized transaction;
• knowingly use a compromised wallet;
• attempt to manipulate website-based token functionality through unauthorized technical means; or
• knowingly provide false wallet information to bypass a restriction.

Public blockchain transactions are processed by the applicable network. This Policy does not represent that MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC. controls, reverses, blocks, or monitors every public blockchain transaction.

Users must not use BROOKMI services for an activity prohibited by applicable law.

• fraud or theft;
• money laundering or terrorist financing;
• sanctions evasion;
• identity theft or cybercrime; or
• unauthorized financial activity.

This general prohibition does not imply that any such activity has occurred through BROOKMI services.

Without applicable authorization, users must not:

• copy or misuse BROOKMI branding;
• impersonate an official website;
• reproduce a logo for a misleading or fraudulent purpose;
• use BROOKMI branding to create or promote a fraudulent service; or
• claim ownership of intellectual property owned by or licensed to MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC.

Nothing in this Policy grants a licence or ownership interest in BROOKMI branding, website content, software, documentation, or other intellectual property.

Users must not knowingly publish, promote, or distribute false or misleading BROOKMI or BRK information, including:

• a fabricated partnership or exchange listing;
• a fabricated regulatory approval or audit;
• a false token contract;
• a false claim of project ownership;
• a false claim of assured financial outcomes; or
• a fabricated official announcement.

A future roadmap item must not be represented as completed, operational, approved, available, or guaranteed unless the relevant status has been officially confirmed.

A user who accesses or handles BRK through an independent wallet, exchange, marketplace, payment service, or blockchain explorer must also comply with that third party's terms and applicable requirements.

MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC. does not control an independent third-party service and does not make assurances regarding its conduct, security, availability, terms, or continued operation.

MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC. may take reasonable measures where misuse is identified or suspected, subject to applicable law and the circumstances. Measures may include:

• restricting access;
• suspending functionality;
• removing content;
• blocking particular interactions;
• reporting conduct where required or permitted by law; or
• taking another lawful and proportionate measure.

No particular enforcement measure is promised or required in every circumstance.

MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC. does not represent that every user, transaction, communication, website, account, or potential violation will be continuously monitored.

MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC. does not represent that every violation of this Policy will be detected.

Users may report suspected phishing, impersonation, a fake BRK contract, a security vulnerability, or a fraudulent BROOKMI website through the official BROOKMI Support page.

A report should provide sufficient non-sensitive information to identify the issue. Users must not submit a private key, seed phrase, password, or other confidential wallet credential.

The Support page identifies the official help routes currently available. No unconfirmed security email address is published by this Policy.

This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use.

The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, BRK Token Terms, and Regulatory Disclaimer provide additional information relevant to use of the website and related services.

This Policy supplements the website's general prohibited-use rules but does not state that it has been legally incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.
