PROJECT INFORMATION
An approved project record describes the category, region, stage, size, capital requirement and current status.

BROOKMI · PROJECT INVITATIONS
Project Invitations provide a structured pathway to review selected real-world energy opportunities without creating automatic project rights.
How it works
A Project Invitation can provide verified project information and invite eligible or qualified participants to request details or explore participation under the applicable project structure.
An approved project record describes the category, region, stage, size, capital requirement and current status.
Interested participants request information or express interest, subject to qualification and applicable requirements.
Any project-specific participation proceeds only through its own legal, commercial and financial documentation.
Illustrative interface
The example below demonstrates information structure only. It is not a live project, offering, financing request or available opportunity.

BRK-001 · ILLUSTRATIVE
Illustrative content only. These values do not describe an actual project and must not be treated as an offer or solicitation.
Important distinction
Project Invitations are an information and eligibility mechanism, not an automatic entitlement attached to BRK.
BRK is the BROOKMI ecosystem asset. Project-specific equity, debt, revenue participation, ownership interests or other economic rights are separate structures and are not automatically represented by BRK.
A Project Invitation does not guarantee eligibility, financing, allocation, ownership, returns or participation. Every project follows its own requirements and approved documentation.
Boundary
The current BRK ecosystem is a digital participation layer. It does not include project investment rights, project revenue rights, or project ownership.
If project-level products are ever introduced, they would be separate products with their own agreements, disclosures, onboarding, eligibility rules, accounting and legal and regulatory review.
Holding BRK does not automatically create any right to participate in a future project product.
