What is BRK?
BRK is the blockchain-based digital token associated with the BROOKMI ecosystem. BROOKMI is a brand and digital ecosystem operated by MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC.; it is not a separate legal entity.
Which network is BRK on, and what is the official contract?
The official BRK contract is deployed and verified on Base Mainnet, chain ID 8453, at 0x163152F43869448C10dEa006d4676510a8376E45. This is the only official BRK contract. Verify it on the public Base block explorer before any blockchain interaction.
What is the BRK maximum supply and decimals?
The verified BRK contract has a fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 BRK and uses 18 decimals. The full allocation framework is published on the Tokenomics and BRK Transparency pages.
Does holding BRK give me equity, revenue or project rights?
No. Acquiring, holding or transferring BRK does not by itself provide shares, equity, debt claims, revenue or profit participation, dividends, voting or governance rights, or ownership of any project or asset. Any separate right would require separate documentation expressly granting it.
Is BRK presented as an investment?
No. BRK is not presented on this website as an investment opportunity or as a promise of financial return, appreciation, liquidity, listing, redemption or income. Digital assets can lose some or all of their value. See the Risk Disclosure for a full description of risks.
What is the BRK Reference Price?
The Reference Price of US$0.01 / BRK is an issuance reference published by BROOKMI. It is not a market price, valuation, redemption commitment or guarantee of future availability. No public market price is represented unless a real public market exists.
How can I verify BRK information independently?
Use the BRK Explorer and BRK Transparency pages. They link the contract, the eight allocation wallets and the vesting contracts directly to the public Base block explorer, so you can confirm balances and transfers yourself. BROOKMI does not simulate or estimate on-chain results.
Are on-chain BRK balances the same as BROOKMI account balances?
No. On-chain BRK balances reflected by the block explorer are separate from any internal BROOKMI account or ledger record. The two systems are distinct and are not presented as interchangeable.
Can I transfer BRK to an external wallet?
Users are responsible for confirming wallet compatibility, the correct recipient address, network, contract and amount before authorizing any on-chain transaction. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Current BROOKMI Wallet functionality does not itself support external on-chain transfers unless the website expressly states otherwise. Has any regulator approved or registered BRK?
