MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC. is the legal entity operating the BROOKMI brand and related digital asset and technology initiatives.

BROOKMI is a brand and digital asset and technology initiative operated by MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC. BROOKMI is not a separate legal entity.

These BRK Token Terms apply to information, website functions, acquisition pathways, holding, use, and transfer activity involving BRK where made available by MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC.

These Terms should be read with the Terms of Use, Risk Disclosure, BRK Acquisition & Distribution Disclaimer, BRK Transfer Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Regulatory Disclaimer.

BRK is the blockchain-based digital token associated with the BROOKMI ecosystem.

Users must independently verify the network and official contract before any blockchain interaction. Base Sepolia and any other test environment are separate from production BRK.

BRK is a digital asset intended for use in connection with supported BROOKMI ecosystem functions as they are developed and made available.

Any function, merchant use, marketplace use, incentive, payment capability, wallet feature, or other utility is available only where expressly implemented and may be changed, restricted, suspended, or discontinued.

A roadmap, proposed feature, or ecosystem description is not a promise that a function will be delivered or remain available.

Acquiring, holding, or transferring BRK does not by itself provide:

• shares, equity, or ownership in MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC. or any project;
• a debt claim or repayment right;
• a right to revenue, profit, interest, dividends, distributions, or project proceeds;
• voting, governance, management, or control rights;
• ownership of energy, industrial, infrastructure, or other assets; or
• a right to participate in any financing, offering, or project.

Any separate legally binding right would require separate documentation expressly granting that right.

BRK is not presented on this website as an investment opportunity or as a promise of financial return, appreciation, liquidity, listing, redemption, or income.

No representation is made that BRK will retain or increase value, have a market, be accepted by any person, or be listed by an exchange or trading venue.

Digital assets can lose some or all of their value.

BRK acquisition is available only through a pathway expressly identified as active on the official BROOKMI website and only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions.

A displayed reference or issuance price is not a market-price guarantee, valuation, redemption commitment, or promise of future availability.

Third-party payment, identity, wallet, or acquisition services are governed by their own terms and availability. Their appearance does not establish ownership, partnership, endorsement, or regulatory approval.

Users are responsible for confirming wallet compatibility, the correct recipient address, network, contract, amount, and transaction details before authorizing an on-chain transaction.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Network fees, congestion, smart-contract behaviour, wallet failure, phishing, lost credentials, or use of an incorrect network may result in delay or permanent loss.

Current BROOKMI Wallet functionality does not itself support external on-chain transfers unless the website expressly states otherwise.

The maximum BRK supply is 1,000,000,000 BRK. Published tokenomics, allocation wallets, and vesting information are maintained on the official Tokenomics page and verified on-chain sources.

These Terms do not alter the BRK contract, maximum supply, tokenomics, allocation, vesting, or roadmap.

Allocation labels and intended purposes do not guarantee future use, release timing, market activity, project completion, or any benefit to a holder.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable law, determining their eligibility, protecting account and wallet credentials, reviewing transaction details, and obtaining independent advice appropriate to their circumstances.

Users must not use BRK or related services for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, unlawful financing, impersonation, market manipulation, infringement, or other unlawful activity.

The legal and regulatory treatment of digital assets depends on jurisdiction and facts. Nothing on this website determines that BRK is or is not a security, derivative, investment contract, commodity, payment instrument, or other regulated product in any jurisdiction.

No regulator, government body, exchange, or other authority is represented as having approved, certified, endorsed, or registered BRK unless supported by current official records.

Access may be restricted based on location, eligibility, legal requirements, risk controls, or third-party service availability.

Independent wallets, networks, block explorers, payment providers, exchanges, marketplaces, and other services are outside the control of MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC.

MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC. does not guarantee their security, availability, accuracy, conduct, compatibility, or continued support for BRK.

Holding BRK does not grant a licence or ownership right in BROOKMI, MOTIRATECH HOLDING INC., any logo, artwork, software, source code, documentation, project technology, or other intellectual property.

Use of website and brand materials remains subject to the Intellectual Property Notice.

BRK involves blockchain, smart-contract, wallet, cybersecurity, market, liquidity, operational, third-party, business, and regulatory risks described in the Risk Disclosure.
