REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY

How refund requests and disputes are handled across BROOKMI services, third-party payment services and blockchain transactions.

01Scope

This policy explains how MOTIRATECH HOLDINGS INC., operating the BROOKMI brand, handles refund requests and disputes. Different rules apply depending on who provides the service and whether a blockchain transaction is involved.

02BROOKMI Services

For services provided directly by BROOKMI, users may submit a refund request or dispute by contacting us with the relevant details, including any reference ID. Requests are reviewed case by case in accordance with the terms of the specific service and applicable law.

A refund is not guaranteed unless required by the applicable service terms or law.

03Third-Party Payment Services

Certain payment, fiat conversion or digital asset acquisition services may be provided by independent third-party providers. Those providers may have their own refund rules and dispute processes, which apply to transactions made through them.

Refund or dispute requests for such transactions may need to be submitted directly to the relevant provider. BROOKMI may assist where reasonably possible but cannot reverse or refund a third-party provider's transaction on its behalf.

04Digital Asset and Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed on-chain. BROOKMI cannot cancel, reverse or recover a confirmed on-chain transfer, including a transfer sent to an incorrect address or network.

Not all digital asset or blockchain transactions can be refunded.

05Transaction and Processing Fees

Blockchain network (gas) fees are paid to the network and are generally non-refundable.

Fees charged by third-party processors are governed by that provider's terms and may not be refundable even where the underlying transaction is refunded.
