BROOKMI — Capital. Energy. Opportunity. For a Stronger Canada
Canadian energy and industrial infrastructure representing the BROOKMI story

THE BROOKMI STORY

FROM DIGITAL VALUE
TO REAL OPPORTUNITY.

ENERGY CREATES THE CONNECTION.

BROOKMI began with BRK and developed toward a larger vision connecting digital value, capital, energy, infrastructure and industry.

01 · Origin

IT STARTED WITH BRK.

BROOKMI began with BRK. But BRK was never meant to exist in isolation.

The original vision was to create a digital asset that could develop beyond the digital world and eventually connect with real economic activity.

As the vision developed, one thing became increasingly clear: a digital asset becomes more meaningful when there is a real economy behind the opportunities it can connect to.

That led BROOKMI toward energy, infrastructure and industry. Not simply as a marketing theme, but because these are areas where real projects require technology, equipment, engineering, partners and substantial amounts of capital.

REAL ECONOMY

02 · Energy

ENERGY IS WHERE THE REAL ECONOMY BEGINS.

Modern industry depends on energy. Factories, mines and data centres need reliable power. Electrification requires new infrastructure; renewable generation requires storage and grid integration; remote industrial operations require dependable energy systems.

The transition across energy and industry is creating a growing need for investment, technology and infrastructure. This is where our real-world direction begins.

The objective is not to follow every opportunity. It is to identify opportunities where technology, capital and execution can come together.

03 · Project economics

REAL PROJECTS CREATE REAL CAPITAL NEEDS.

An energy project is more than a concept. It requires land, equipment, engineering, development, financing, construction and long-term operation.

A successful project can therefore create a much larger opportunity than the technology itself. It creates a capital requirement. This is where the two sides of our strategy begin to connect.

MOTIRATECH works closer to the physical side of the economy. BROOKMI develops the digital-value and capital side.

One side creates and develops real-world opportunities. The other develops connections around capital, digital value and opportunity. Together, they reinforce each other.

05 · BRK utility

BRK IS BUILT TO BE USED.

BRK is the digital foundation of BROOKMI. Its long-term direction is not simply to exist as a tradable digital asset, but to develop around a broader ecosystem of value, utility and opportunity.

01

BUY

Acquire or trade BRK where supported.

02

HOLD

Hold BRK as part of the BROOKMI ecosystem.

03

USE

Use BRK where designated ecosystem functions, services or applications are introduced.

04

INVITE

Connect qualified participants with selected real-world opportunities through BROOKMI project invitations.

The functionality of BRK will develop progressively. Specific uses, participation mechanisms and project-related opportunities will depend on the applicable structure, eligibility requirements and project documentation.

06 · Project lifecycle

REAL PROJECTS. REAL OPPORTUNITIES.

BROOKMI is developing a framework for connecting selected energy, infrastructure and industrial opportunities with capital relationships and qualified participants.

Not every opportunity will progress through every stage, and not every project will involve BRK directly.

BRK is the BROOKMI ecosystem asset. Project-specific equity, debt, revenue participation, ownership interests or other economic rights are separate structures and are not automatically represented by BRK.

07 · Capital pipeline

FROM PROJECTS TO CAPITAL.

A single energy project can create a capital requirement. A portfolio of projects can create a capital pipeline. A strong pipeline can create enduring relationships across the real economy.

We believe the opportunity is larger than any individual project. A strong project pipeline can create long-term relationships with developers, investors, strategic partners, financial institutions, technology providers and industrial companies. That is where BROOKMI intends to grow.

Long-term project capital ambition

Over time, the objective is to build the capacity to participate in and facilitate significant annual project capital across qualified energy, infrastructure and industrial opportunities.

The long-term ambition is to reach project capital participation at a scale of C$1 billion or more annually as the underlying project pipeline, capital relationships and execution capabilities develop.

This is a long-term ambition, not a current operating result, financing volume, revenue figure or guarantee.

The scale will be earned through real projects, real relationships, disciplined qualification and successful execution.

09 · BROOKMI flywheel

ENERGY CREATES OPPORTUNITY. CAPITAL ENABLES ENERGY.

BROOKMI
REAL ENERGY PROJECTSCAPITAL REQUIREMENTSBROOKMI / CAPITAL CONNECTIONSPROJECT DEVELOPMENTENERGY & INFRASTRUCTUREMORE OPPORTUNITIES → MORE CAPITAL

The more real-world capability we develop, the more opportunities we can evaluate.

The more qualified opportunities we develop, the more meaningful capital relationships can become.

As those relationships grow, they can support larger and more ambitious projects. This is the long-term growth cycle we are building.

10 · Long-term vision

FROM BRK TO PROJECTS. FROM PROJECTS TO CAPITAL. FROM CAPITAL TO INFRASTRUCTURE.

BROOKMI is being built for the long term. The first chapter began with a digital asset. The next chapter connects that digital value with energy, industry and infrastructure.

REAL-WORLD OPPORTUNITY

We do not know exactly what the final shape of that ecosystem will look like. It should evolve with the projects, partners, technologies and markets we encounter.

But the direction is clear.

We want to help connect capital with the infrastructure that powers the real economy. And we intend to build it step by step.
